Product is excellent and is nearly zero all the way to 8 gallons (which I was told was the limit) then the filter declines rapidly and you begin to get a weird taste. If the tap water in your area reads extremely high, like my area, you'll go though a filter pretty quick. Not a big issue with buying the three pack.

Water tastes great and I’m so happy to know I’m drinking clean water.
Filters get a solid & no longer filter anything, very quickly. When i contqcted customer service they told me to sqeeze the filters while the water was being filtered. So if i do that then all the warer dumps out. Will be tossing this in the trash.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your ZeroWater, possibly the correct method to fix the air locked was misunderstood. Generally it is a quick and easy fix with no mess. From time to time, a filter may develop an air bubble or air pocket. Carefully lift the reservoir, grip the body of the filter at its mid-section and give the filter 4-5 squeezes while there is water filtering through. This will return the flow back to its normal state.

The box arrived—after waiting more that six weeks—empty. I personally greeted the Delivery man before he even got to my door and he handled me a flimsy piece of cardboard held together by a rubber band and he explained to me that the cardboard container had arrived at their facility empty and that they searched, thinking maybe the contents had been lost there, but found it arrive to them empty. He told me I could refuse the delivery, so I did. There is no excuse for how long it took for an empty box to arrive.

We certainly apologize for the issues with your recent order, please give us call at 1-800-503-2939 and we will make this right any way we can.
I recently bought some replacement filters for my pitcher. The instructions state to change the filter when the reading is "6" (I believe). I recently (last week) put in a new filter. Today the filter is reading "14". Please tell me if the filter is defective? I opened a new package of filters and that is the one that is reading :14". Thank you

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The most accurate way to get reading is to test the water directly inside the pitcher. You can do this by removing the reservoir from the pitcher and sticking the meter in the filtered water sitting in the pitcher. If you get a 000 reading inside the pitcher it is possible that the cup or glass you were using before had soap residue on it causing the meter to read above 000. If you are not getting 000 in the pitcher, try the following steps to see if you can get the filter to read 000 on the meter. Dry off the filter with a clean paper towel. Then place the filter over a clean paper cup. Run a small amount of water directly into the filter and test the water that collects into the cup. If the meter does not read 000 it is possible that unfiltered water got into the pitcher via a leak at the O-ring. In order for filtered water to read correctly there must be a perfect seal where the filter is screwed into the reservoir. Make sure the filter is screwed in from the bottom not dropped in from the top. If this does not solve your issue please contact our customer support team at 1-800-503-2939 option 2. They are available Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM CST.
