I am a retired and live in a Senior Center and my ZeroWater pitcher is perfect for me. I truly love the filter, it gives my mind peace for so many ladies are getting UTI'S.
We have been using the ZeroWater for several years and have always had good service. With our recent purchase not so much. We ordered twelve boxes of filters on 7/11 and they remained in a hot semi until we received them on 7/28. The time doesn't bother me, but the heat for that amount of time makes me feel my filters are not as good as they should be. The first one that we used stopped filtering after three days.

At first the water tasted great, but then it quickly went downhill. I have a zero water pitcher with filters and recently ordered/received new filters. The first pitcher tasted great, then the water began to taste so bad I could not drink it. Had to buy bottled water for the kitchen. Will not be buying ZeroWater products any longer. Too expensive for such horrible tasting water. Not happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
