We started buying Zero Water after visiting my son and daughter-in-law, who were raving about it. My daughter-in-law was pregnant and was very concerned with what she put in her body. We went home and bought the dispenser and filters and have been using them ever since…2 years now. We love the pure taste.

I was disappointed and surprised that the water that first came out was black. It took several rinse to get through it. I never experienced that before. Also, sometimes some air bubbles get stuck and the tank stop filling up.
