Filters are great but they don’t always feed neatly. I have had to reapply mine several times to get it to attach to the holder properly. Otherwise, they do their job and we have enjoyed pure water. If this can be corrected, it would be an amazing product!

Have been using zero water filters for years. The new ones with the plastic paper covering do not fit properly. Water is leaking. It is useless. Have to throw away 4.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Apologies for the issue with the filter. Please try removing the filter, drying off the threaded area of the filter with a paper towel, then reinstalling, giving the filter one more hard twist the the right to complete the seal.

Great customer service. Chris was pleasant, listened, and so helpful. Faulty spigot on 30 cup dispenser. Replaced with 40 cup as the spigot is metal and not the plastic variety.

I bought a 3 pack of filters and was exited to have better quality water. First of all, my tds meter never read below 006 for filtered water, even after double checking for filter/seal leaks. Second, one of the filters was cracked and bead/sand was everywhere, completely unusable. Third, my water started tasting fishy after only a couple uses, but based on the tds chart, I should have been able to have 40-60 fills before the filter went bad.

We have not used the replacements yet. Still using the original filter in that came with the 20 cup container. It appears to be ok. Water tastes good and cold being in fridge as we like it. A little extra work to keep refilling tank on water reservoir. I need to test my water because you do not say how long it lasts.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Filter life is different for everyone as the life of a filter is based on the quality of the water being filtered. The lower the TDS reading the longer the filter life and vice versa. Please don't hesitate to contact us directly should you have any additional questions or concerns.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.
