We have to change filters once every two and a half weeks or so -- but we go through a lot of drinking water. These filters make our water taste much better.
I’ve been a zero water convert since 2009 and still love the taste and of course the knowledge that I’m drinking safe water. And also by dealing directly with Zero Water I’m assured of brand new filters and not any counterfeit look alike.
Water filters work well, I’m very satisfied. But on my box before this, one was non-functional & did not even let water through it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock. Please feel free to contact us directly to get that filter replaced if necessary, 1-800-503-2939
These filters do a very good job at providing good tasting water, just as advertised. However, when these filters reach the end of their cycle life, the change in the taste of the water goes downhill rather abruptly. So, I recommend having new filters standing by. Another suggestion if you like me have used other filters - I pour water from the the other pitcher into the ZeroWater pitcher. This serves two purposes, the water going into the ZeroWater is already chilled, and the ZeroWater filters last longer. In all, I'm glad we added ZeroWater pitchers to filter our water. A distinct improvement!
I have been using Zero Water Filters for about 5years and love them. I use my filtered water in my coffee maker as well as in everything I do. I even take my Zero Water Pitcher with us in our RV while traveling.
I love the water! But the filters do not last long & I must replace them at what seems to be a fast rate!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. Due to the amount of variables involved we try and stay away from using time to determine filter life, instead we use gallons, a more constant form of measurement. Filter life is based solely off of the quality of the water being filtered. The higher the tap water is in dissolved solids the shorter the filter life will be.
