Public Water @ my local is polluted river water and must be highly treated. After treatment the water has particulates in excess of 700 ppm and very poor taste.
Zero Water filters make it usable for household cooking uses, but filters last only 10 -14 days.

Good but pricey. I seem to replace them more often than previously. The quality has gone down. This is such a shame.

We are sorry to hear about the short life on your recent filters, the manufacturing process and the technology behind the filters has not changed in many, many years. It is possible the quality of your tap water has recently changed causing a change in how long your filters are lasting.
