We love the Zero Water filters. The water tastes so clean and natural and we especially love how it filters out the flouride our City adds to the water supply.
Purchased 12 filters. The first one out of the box did not filter properly. Used the tester after filtration, and it read 196, not 0. Am normally happy with the product, but not this time. A waste of money for this filter.

I've been buying zerowater filters for years. The filters used to last a lot longer. I know the water in my area has not changed because I constantly measure the levels and I don't fill up the water any more than I have in the past. These filters do not last long at all. I barely get a week of use where before I was getting 3 to 4 weeks before needing to replace. Not sure what you all did to change the quality of these filters, but they are not good anymore. I'm very disappointed and will not order anymore. I wish I could get my money back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although the filters serve the purpose very well in removing impurities from your water the life span of the filters are very short. I’ve been using zero water for over 2 years and in the beginning my filter would last 4-6 weeks, now I can barely get 7-10 days use and my TDS meter reads have not changed which I thought may have been the issue. I contacted the company 4 weeks ago to discuss this issue and they committed to sending me replacement filters which I never received. This is very disappointing as many of you know the filters are not inexpensive and if I’m replacing every 7-10 days this becomes a rather expensive bill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve been using Zero Water filters for about 18 years. We moved to an area where the water had a horrible taste, so I started researching options. In the past I d had water filtration systems in our home, but that didn’t seem like a good option. So I tried Zero Water and it works so good, I’ve been using it ever since. Great product.
We use the ZeroWater filter for our humidifiers, coffeemakers and other things that need low TDS. i.e. no lime, iron and other minerals that might collect on a heating element or the vaporizer in a humidifier.
