I've been using this product for over a year and have been happy with the result.
But I have one filter now that does not filter very well compared to the last ones I have bought.
This filter holds the water for a long time then it slowly drips out drop by drop. So it's hard to use consistently. Maybe manufacturing glitch?

Hello Z.W, I'm really enjoying my water now your company is a Blessing. I haven't used one of my other filters yet and I haven't tested my water yet with the the tester. I'm going to I just been having other things to deal with.

We love our Zero water pitcher. It filters out all the dissolved solids in our well water. The filters must be changed frequently because out TDS are in the 400s.

I don't know where to write this request, so here we are. I will like to see you produce under the counter and refrigerator most needed 5 stage filters, please. Those filters are super useful for all households.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. The request for under the sink filters is a request we receive quite regularly. It is something we have looked into however the technology is just too different. Under the sink filters use pressure to force water through the filter; this differs from ZeroWater which requires much slower yet more effective gravity fed filtration.
