Repair experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2010 and it did a great job for 10 years except for the smell that requires the user to wash the washing machine. This was a feature I wasn’t fond of. Repairs were expensive and difficult to schedule. If I purchase another machine that is LG I will probably get a top loader. The product itself was well made and cleaned the clothes efficiently. My only complaints Rd those listed above.
