I have only had this product for a few days. I did a lot of research and pricing before I decided to buy and I had a really hard time finding anything bad about this LG washer and dryer. It has only been a few days since I have had this washer however, I have been able to do a weeks amount of laundry and that's a lot when you have a potty training 2 year old and a 1 year old. I am happy that I spent to money I feel like I got a great product.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

We recently puchased both this washer dryer. Absolutely love both of them!!! The washer is very quiet. Our clothes seem to be much cleaner and smell great. Even though it is a bit pricey it is well worth the expense. I really love it so far."

I have owned this washer for about a year now. It is relatively quiet. It uses less water then any other washer I have owned. It is also great for large loads. It takes a little longer to wash then my last washer. But it sure gets the clothes clean. The soap bleach and fabic dispenser are in a great location. I also love the large doors. Along with the pedestal it makes loading and unloading a much easier job.

My clothes haven't been this clean since purchased from the store! The machine makes a few noises that I haven't heard from older models, but it doesn't walk across the floor and it can handle large loads.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, Style/Design, easy to use

Bigger Loads & Cleaner Clothes

We have a family with 3 teenage boys and there always seems to be a mountain of clothes and towels to wash. We purchased our LG Washer after learning of it's high capacity, but quickly learned that there's so many other benefits. The controls and features are easy to use, we use less water and electricity, and our clothes have never been cleaner. We thought we'd never really use the steam wash feature, but found out it's great for removing stains. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

It finally died out with cause of death drum bearing. This can be replaced. But we want to invest in a new one. Within the last 3 years only problems were clogged jets/tubes due to hard water.
