This item does everything it says it does very nicely. It is quiet, smooth, and at a very good price. I have had it for a year and would recommend LG anyday.

Love Wash Day Now

I've had this washer for a little more than a month, and gave it a real workout the first week - 11 washes, and it performed admirably. Even the clothes we hang up to dry came out soft and less wrinkled than our old machine. I've kept it working hard on a regular basis, and it's been a dream.
This washer is simple to use with some great features, including a pretty jingle to let you know it's done!
The only disappointment I had was that I couldn't put the washer to the left of the dryer the way they are made to be because of the original set-up in my basement - we might in the future, but it means a lot of plumbing work. But even with the doors opening against each other, it's so much better than what I had that the inconvenience is minor.

Really Like This Machine

Read negative comments about this machine, but thought I would give it a try anyway because of the price. First time I ever owned a front loader and fell in love with it right away. Yes, the washing time is longer than my previous top loader, but that is okay. Laundry no longer feels like a chore. I bought the vibration pads and have no problems that others have experienced with vibrations. It has only been two months since I have owned this machine, but I don't see my opinion changing.

Bought washer & dryer two months ago. We had them stacked which changed the layout of my laundry room. I will have to buy new shelving/cabinets, which is not a big deal, but takes some time to get used to. Clothes seem to get very clean, the machines are quiet, fun to use, and I like the melodious tunes they play! We had been having some septic issues, and the reduced water usage with this washer has helped.

This machine is very easy to use and saves so much water compared to my old machine!! My old machine used to flood my basement with water and now I don't see a drop of water! Also, it does a great job washing our clothes, i can see the difference! It is so great i would recommend it over and over!

Loud Machine

Washer took some work to get it level so it didn't vibrate. Machine is still nosier than I had expected. Also it doesn't catch lint and hair like my old standard vertical washer did.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: doesn't catch linthair
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
