Washer Is A Total Waste Of Money - Good Dryer

I see that I am not alone in my negative review. I also see that this model has been discontinued. We have had to have it repaired, but it is still not working. Our warranty company finally just cashed us out and told us to go and buy a new one, as it is not going to be worth the continued effort. It has a musty odor, it shakes, rattles and rolls out into the middle of the floor and now it also leaks! I don't think I want another LG washer. Total waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well Worth The Money

This washer baffles me because it uses hardly any water but yet cleans EXTREMLY well. It also spins out the clothes EXTREMLY well and uses half the drying time of my old top loader. We have had the washer a little over a month and just recieved my electric bill and it went down over $40 !!!! The only thing is that the washer takes about an hour or more to wash a load, but with the savings and results of the wash I can live with that!!!
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance

Great Deal for the $

Works great! Clothes come out real clean with less water, soap, and power. Takes less time to dry them too. I did lots of research before buying. You will be very happy with it if you purchase this machine. I was a little concerned at first about how little water it used compared to the old style washers. It cleans great and rinses great too, make sure to read directions for soap amount. You wont need as much as before!

Great Purchase

I have owned this washer & dryer for 6 months. I love it!
I've not had any problems out of mine. It's quiet. I can barely hear mine compared to my old top loader. I've never had it get loud but mine are set on concrete flooring. The clothes are just slightly damp with the come out so doesn't take very long to dry at all.
I think it has pretty good features for the price. I do wish it had an on board heater to get the water hotter. That is the only thing that I have a complaint about with this washer. But I would by it again in a heart beat with or without it. It cleans very well like I need it to, and I've got 3 kids (6,5&3), and a husband that has a VERY dirty job.
I always dry off the gasket after I am done with the laundry for the day. I run a cleaning cycle every 2 weeks or so, to clean the tub and everything inside. I drain the pump and clean the filter every month. I've never had a problem with mold or stinky smelling clothes. It sounds like a lot to do just to keep it from smelling but its not, and very well worth it.
Overall, I am VERY happy with my washer. It works well for my laundry and lessens the drying time A LOT. Love that the washer also has a 10 year warranty on the motor. Love it and recommend it. If you need a washer and are on a budget like most people are then get this washer. It is well worth the money. You will not regret it.

Love My Washer

I'd give a 10 for value! Quiet, solid machine. No problems whatsoever with water collecting on the seal (or the musty smell we hear about with front loaders). I wash in cold water 99% of the time and everything comes out clean and fresh. It's so simple to operate even my husband uses it!!

Front Load Washer

The only draw back I can see is water accumulates in the rubber gasket and can smell if not dried out after each wash.

Best Washer Ever

Everything about this washer is true, and great. The wash time is less because I can fit more in it and the dry time is less because it rings the clothes out more. My clothes finally smell clean and fresh. This washer is quieter than my top load hands down and it does not vibrate. So if you have doubts about purchaseing a front load like I did go for it you won't regret it.

we've had the washer for a couple months and are very happy w/it. doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some models have, that's why we chose this one. all we wanted was clean clothes and it does the trick. took some getting used to, had a top loader before, but so far are very pleased.
