Fantastic washer - quiet, easy to use, and efficient. It really saves a lot of water and yet gets the clothes very clean. There is nothing I would change about this washer. There are plenty of options to choose from with the settings that are on it. I did not think I would like a front loading washer but I was wrong. I would never go back to a top loader now. Great product LG!! Thanks!

No fancy features, but everything works as it should without problems. Read the manual, follow the instructions, use the proper amount (i.e., very little) of "h-e" detergent, and the result is fabulously clean clothes. What more could you want?

After doing tons & tons of research, including consumer reports, I decided to buy this washer and the matching dryer. I based my decision on that I did not want to have a tumbler and wanted to purchase a machine that would last me a long time, all while being quiet and give me cycle options. I went to several places looking as well. This purchase has not let me down so far. I've only had it for a few months, but I love it. Keep in mind when purchasing a front loader to leave the door open for approx. 30 minutes to let it air out and prevent mildew.

Never owned a washer with so many options. Make sure you read the manual to get the most out of the features from this washer. Bought the stacking kit and saves lots of space. Could not be happier with my purchase.

excellent washer!!! quieter, gets clothes cleaner, uses far less water--a thouroughly excellent combination. My wife loves its ease of use and teh settings features.

This is my first front loading washing machine, and I am verry happy with it! I especially like the hand-wash setting. I tell my friends this is more than a washing machine; it is advanced laundry equipment!

I love using this washer. It feels so rewarding to know I'm saving energy and water with each load. I agree with a couple of reviews: I would like a light inside the machine, dark clothes tend to 'escape' in the darkness. I also agree that a quick wash feature would be fabulous. But these two things do not detract me from loving this machine. It's been a great addition. I mentioned in my review of the matching dryer that I selected "price" as the primary reason for purchase, but that the sales person highly recommended the LG product because of it's direct drive motor feature on the washing machine. Great purchase!

i really love my washer and dryer! it does do a good job cleaning, but i wish it had a quick wash cycle. when you have a few loads to wash it can turn into an all day task!
