I have a WM2010CW washer -my water useage has droped, power bill has droped, overall it seam like a good washer and i have told all my friends about it , a lot lf them have seen & heard it, they think i made a good pick- so do I

Not for dirty laundry

This is a lovely, well featured machine that is easy to use. So far - eight months - it has been reliable.
My only problem is that it does not seem to clean dirty or soiled laundry. It does a great job of getting out odors and wrinkles, but spots or marks are not removed unless I spot clean with sprays and a brush. I feel as if my old top loader actually removed the dirt better. Also, I think some clothes were spotted in the wash because of inadequate rinsing. I am thinking of getting a top loader to wash with, then using the front loader for a cycle without detergent for rinsing. It does a great job of spinning - drying time has been reduced.
Because of the cleaning problem, I almost always use either the pre-wash cycle or extra rinse, just to get more washing action. This makes all washes take over an hour!

Five years ago we bought all LG products. Washer, Dryer, Stove, Refrigerator and dishwasher. The first issue was with the stove, at 4 yrs, the glass top cracked. it cost more under warranty than just buying the top from a dealer. just over 5 yrs. the oven temp is not controllable. set for 350 and it may be actually 500 degrees. the repair man said it was a "run away oven". now this washing machine. the ball bearings for the drum are broke. will cost more to repair than just to buy another machine. Just a matter of time until the other appliances go. I will never recommend LG to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Takes TOO long to Wash!

I would save my money and buy a top loader. It is ridiculous for the price and it take an hour to an hour and a half to wash one load! Not happy with this product, and now I am stuck with it! Trust me, save your money!

this is the best purchase i have made in years!
my clothes not only look cleaner they feel and smell cleaner and i use less detergent and bootser products. instead of all day doing laundry on weekends, in a few hours everything is done. this machine has so many options it handles everything (even my oversized bedspread) and every load saves me not only on detergents and water but the 11.25 every week or more i used to spend at a laundrymat. its a win win win win for me!

we've only had the products for a few months, but we are impressed with how well they work. I keep wanting to answer a cell phone whenever the washer beeps...or chimes. LOL. Good product, great buy.
