Great washer!

I have had this washer for a few months. I use it everyday...alot of kids clothes, very dirty work clothes, pet blankets, etc. I have found that this washer gets the clothes clean and fresh. It also spins the clothes so dry that my drying time has been cut in half!!! Another savings in the electric bill! Just be sure to let the door open when not in use...this will help with keeping the 'mildewy' smell from being a problem. I've let my washer door open during non-use from the beginning and have had absolutely NO problem with any smell or mildew. I do wipe the gasket around the door...it only takes a few seconds. A definite 5-star washer!!!

I bought the washer dryer combo, Fantatastic. They are the best investment I have made. I actually enjoy doing laundry. And when I finish each load it sings to me. What more can I ask.

Great washer

We are very satisfied with our washer. We are not sure how to wash a small load or what is the maximum size of the load. The manual does not address this issue. The detergent container shows how much detergent to use for a normal load only. Does that mean only full loads can be washed?

I purchased the washer/dryer combo in November. It does everything as advertised - less water & detergent, clothes are clean and plays a little jingle to let you know it's time to play switcheroo. The only item it has trouble washing is a mattress pad. I guess it's a weight issue.

I purchased the washer and dryer in May 2010 and I was amazed when I first used it. I looked all over and compared a lot of washers and dryers and I'm convienced I made the right choice. If there are others looking for a set this is the one. Not only is it a good set, but the small space it takes. I just love it.

Not happy with purchase

I would never recommend this washer. The bleach compartment does not hold the liquid so when pouring into the compartment it leaks down the front of the machine.
I do not think clothes are as clean as they should be after 50+ minutes of going through a wash cylce.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient to use.
Nice design
Quiet for the most part.
Soft to very loud notification beep.
Clean tub feature to eliminate mildew and smell.
Compact size fits well in our apartment.
Good for small households.

Cons:
Nice to have a spin feature only button without the rinse, OR an extended spin duration/cycle.
Not good for large families or people with king size comforters/bedspreads.
In water filter made out of plastic instead of stainless steel.
Drain plug located very low to the floor.
Instructions to drain water does not mention that the farther you pull the drain hose out, the slower the water flows out.
Need pullout under washer to catch excess water that leaks out of the drain plug compartment.
