Great Laundry Product

This washer saves water, cleans well, and spins clothes out quite dry. It is easy to use and loads and unloads quickly. The ability to vary load size gives additional water savings.
The one drawback I have noted is the inability to put in items that I purposefully hand washed to just spin them out.

I love this washer. It is so quiet you hardly know it is working. 'The only improvement I would suggest is that a light be put in. The matching dryer has a light. They are stacked, and the washer is on the bottom, which makes it a bit dark in there.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

We bought this washer at Best Buy. After one year and 7 days, the seal has twisted and distorted itself, causing an extremely loud banging noise and leakage of the entire contents of the washer (minus the clothes) onto our new floor. When I called Best Buy they said I am on my own to fix it. I only found 2 people in my hometown that work on LGs and they both quoted several hundred dollars. This has been a complete disappointment and unexpected expense (we are expecting in a few months and really need the money for baby stuff) :( Dont buy!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

"WASHER IS AWFUL" BUT I LIKE THE DRYER

THE WASHER IS AWFUL IT SHAKES OUR HOUSE AND IT HAS SINCE DAY ONE WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT AND LEVELED IT UP. I HAD THEM COME BACK AND CHECK IT AND THEY LEVELED IT AGAIN AND IT STILL SHAKES THE WHOLE HOUSE. IT HAS STARTED LEAKING AT THE FRONT DOOR NOW AND MAKING A AWFUL NOISE THAT WE CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WASHER. I BOUGHT THE SET WITH THE PEDESTALS AND EVERYTHING. THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE. NO MORE FRONTLOAD WASHER FOR ME THIS HAS BEEN AWFUL. YOU BETTER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING BEFORE YOU TAKE IT HOME.

Could not be nore pleased! Washes clothes as clean as I have ever seen! The spin has the clothes almost dry and really cuts down the drying time! You can't go wrong with this model and the features are just right for us!

I absolutely love this washer. It is very quiet and has a lovely tune when the load has finished washing. The features are terrific: I'm amazed and so happy about being able to "hand-wash" my husband's expensive wool sweater. I bought both the washer and its matching dryer and couldn't be happier. The stackable feature was a plus for my small laundry room.

Best money ever spent

I love this washer! Other than taking longer to wash a load than my old top loader, it is wonderful. Clothes are very dry when taken out making it take less time to dry.
