very easy to operate.. i stacked the washer and dryer LG. wish i had not stacked but i had no space. i am still getting used to front load, not that easy for us senior citiziens. i do like it and am glad it is GREEN but it does take a long time to wash.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

I have owned this washer for over 2 years the quality and reliability of this washer is amazing at this price point i immediately noticed a huge difference in how clean my cloths were after the first use not to mention the energy efficiency i am sold on LG

Good dryer, horrible washer

Had the washer and dryer set for 2 years and the washer started to leave the clothes unclean and musty smelling. The washer starting leaking as well and the repair people never were able to find out the problem.
They said that with this washer you can't fill it full (only half way) which doubles my laundry loads. Unacceptable.
Dryer works fine, but now I'm forced to find another washer that I can stack the perfectly fine dryer on.

What's not to love about this machine? EVERYTHING

We bought this the end of 09. Have regretted it more and more.
1. First it takes forever.
2. It doesn't clean clothes. I have hand towels that I wash and they come out grimy. Have used pre-treat, extra dirty, extra rinse.
Still grimy. Isn't that why you wash clothes, because they are dirty and you expect them to come out clean?
3. It gets moldy under the seal. That's whether or not you use washing machine cleaners or leave door open.
4. Gets moldy inside cavity for detergent dispenser. I have to remove the dispenser regularly and clean top
and bottom. I shudder to think of the mold that is inside the tube that feeds into the tub.
5. Clothing does not smell clean.
6. Clothing is stiff even with fabric softener.
If we hadn't spent to much I would take it to the dump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a WM2010CW to match my dryer great fit, worked fine for 9 yrs. Til a month ago my washer gave out (problems with the tumble) I'm searching for one to install on top of my Dryer. I can't find this washer machine. Now I'm forced to purched a new one. Does any one buy use machine so I can buy a new one. I never had a problem with it til a month ago. My extend warranty will only pay me $277.00 for it. They will not fix it nor will they replace one for me.

Have been thoroughly satisfied with the product. Never any issues. Needed the rubber door gasket replaced, called the service department, they arranged for the repair and set up appointment. Repair man was on time and polite. Great job.
