Easy set up. Can see a reduction in the water bill after one month of use. Very user friendly machine. Very quiet compared to the 20 year old machine that it replaced.

We bought this right before our son was born three years ago. THANK GOODNESS. We started doing more laundry and with more stains than we had imagined. This little trooper did as good a job as the more expensive one my in-laws had. There are enough options that we can always find the perfect setting for whatever we need to clean.
Another big plus is that it doesn't stink! I was warned that front loaders tend to stink after a few years, but that's never happened. I don't know if LG fixed that problem or what, but it is just as good as the day we got it.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

I had never purchased any LG products before, so I was not sure if I had made a good choice purchasing this washer/dryer. When the delivery men were installing them they told me this the best washer/dryer set that they delivered. One of the men said he even purchased them for himself due to the maintenance calls and his experience.
I have to say they were correct! The features are wonderful allowing easy use without having to read a book to operate. You really do not have to do anything but put in the clothing and washing soaps the machine does the rest perfectly no matter what the fabric. My clothing comes out clean and fresh. I have even gotten out stains that I thought were permanent which had been in my old favorite shirts. some of them were years old and never came out in any other machine. the best part is the dryer and washer almost always finish together making load changing really convienant. If you are looking for a good machine to save water and chemicals you will love this. The first month that I used the I did not even notice a difference in my water and electric bill. Wow I did 19 loads that month washing everything I own which had been in storage for 2 years. My clothing came out better than ever!

I purchased the matching dryer about 3 or 4 weeks ago due to my old one breaking down. I was so impressed with the quality I went back and purchased the matching washer. We are very pleased with the quality and how well it works. It is quiet, effecient and cleans great. I am so glad the salesperson reccomended it to us.

I purchased this washer in early April 2010. It works wonderfully. We followed the directions and leveled it using a large level to ensure we were getting the legs perfecty level. I have left my glasses on top of the washer and even at high speed spin the glasses are still on top of the washer.

I never doubt that this LG washer will meet our household requirement and satisfaction. It is everything you need in a washer. It is very dependable, superb design and features, easy to use, and practically silent compared to other washers.

This is the first front loading washer and dryer set for me. I researched consumer reports and read reviews on several different manufacturers. LG rated the highest. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks.
