BD Player that freezes

Picture quality is excellent. Wireless is good. Features such as Netflix, Pandora etc. excellent. Software updates slow and causes you to loss wireless settings. Must reset each time. Freezes during playback, usually about 1/2 way trough. Sometimes you have to unplug the unit to release and start over. Including start from the beginning of the DVD and find the spot were you left off. Very annoying!! This also happens during streaming movies. Paid too much for all these problems. I bought the first week out. Should have waited awhile for the bugs to get out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this blue ray player

I bought this along with the LED tv to watch both blue ray & dvd movies. It absolutely brings the dvd movies to life and the blue ray movies are beyond expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

would recommend ...but with warning

I did alot of research before buying this product. I was very excited to bring home. I am technically competent yet found the manual to set up wireless network unhelpful. I had to go online to the Samsung to get the hidden secrets. That was the beginning. I have had the Blu-Ray P3600 for a couple of weeks now. I subsucribe to Netflick, Blockbuster and Youtube. I found that the the network access on the blueray to be SUBPAR. We have several wireless devces in our house all work exceptionally well. I can sit in my living room with my laptop and watch a movie from Netflix with no video streaming problem at all....yet the Blue Ray will have problems locating the network and then staying connected with many interruptions or faiilures in the process of "trying" to watch a movie. I even contacted my cable company to increase my cable speed to see if it made a difference....it did not. This only confirmed my belief of a problem with the blueray network connection.
All other features and functions besides the wireless connection have worked great with zero problems. If the wireless network connection can be improved this product would be perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i purchased this for the Netflix feature. works great, now i can watch what i want. divx feature was unkown until i purchased unit, nice touch. hooking up to wireless network a little confusing but figured out (i'm not to tech-savy).
I would recommend this to a friend!

This player was recommended by our A/V consulting company. I was skeptical at first because of the low price. However, this player rocks! It has all the features we wanted like wireless networking / movie streaming from Blockbuster and Netflix / Pandora / and YouTube! The picture quality and remote control features are great. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

I bought this during black Friday sale to watch movies from netflix using wifi and it works!
But I found the remote is not good responsive. I need to aim properly to make it work.Anybody else having this problem ?

If you have netflix or surround sound this is awesome. Your movies are endless with instant movies on netflix and the quality is great. And using the pandora radio is really cool too!! I don't see anything about this item that is anything but fantastic. BTW, it was really easy to set up too!!
