I received this player for Christmas 2009 and haven't had any problems with it. Set up was straight forward and easy. I love the capability to stream Netflix movies and Pandora songs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the most part this is a good player. The picture and sound are definitely excellent. Love having the Netflix streaming and wireless capabilities.
I agree with other users that the player does lock up periodically and it is annoying.
Overall a good product but I believe that Samsung could have done better.
