No Hot Water

I bought this washer thinking it would have the hot water that all washers have. I did not research it because who would have thought it would not have hot water.

I had this for 3 years almost and in the first year the agitator broke about 10 times and has now broke again total waste of money

The washer does not fill up with water. On the extra large setting the water is about 3 or 4 inches from the top. Doesn't wash very many clothes for having a large drum. On the small setting you can only wash two or three items. Stuck with a machine I actually am so sorry I bought

I had a GE Washer that lasted about 15 Years with no major problems. Hopefully my new GE will perform as well.

First impression is poor

Just got it yesterday and immediately did a load of my shirts (without reading instructions). Due to the low water use and need to select an option to properly rinse fabric softer I stained half of my shirts. After reading the instructions and rewashing the times with Oxy, most of the stains are gone. Hopefully things will improve but I would strongly recommend the default mode be full rinse and allow water saving selection

Don't waste your money!

Wanted a washer with few features, very basic machine. This is not it. Hate it. One nice thing is it does spin clothes very dry. Do not expect this piece of plastic to last very long. No, would not buy again, would not recommend.

Straightforward controls

I selected this washer because it has rotary controls; the old fashioned timer and not electronic controls. I can do a load in under a half hour. It works as expected. It has been doing about 15 loads a week for 5 months. My only concern is that the sounds it makes, a variety of metallic tapping sounds, lead me to believe that the machine is going to self destruct in a short life span. Time will tell. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for my concern about these noises.

No issues with this model, even 4 years after original owners purchased it. I prefer top load over front load.
