Just bought this and I love it, it's quiet which I appreciate because it's in the laundry room off the kitchen, and this gets the job done.

I bought this GE washer because my previous washer died. Past experience with GE has been satisfying, good product. I am not happy with this particular washer. It is loud, it's design of the agitator knots clothes up and tears holes in them. The only way I can get hot water in is to turn off cold water and let tub fill (very slowly), warm setting is not warm and hot setting is slightly warm. Have not had this problem in the past with previous products. Tub does not fill up according to load size.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this product.
Have been GE washer owner for decades. Significant improvement over the last 15 years. This model is very quiet in washing operation and much fast spinning for drying comparing with the one I purchased 15 yrs ago. Thanks GE. I love this.

I like the washer over all but when you go to reset for load size it is hard to determine if it is actually done or not. I think the extra large load should have more water in it then it does making me believe that it is only a large load. I have looked at manual for it and done as it said but still unsure. So I don't get to do as large of load as I thought could go in there.

i bought this washer as a replacement for a high efficiency washer that wasn't getting our clothes clean the only things i don't like about this machine you set the water temperature the water comes out cool no matter how you set the temperature control this machine is very finicky if you don't load it right or put in too bigger load the machine acts up and doesn't work properly this washer has its downside but works alright a good value for the money

Don't like water level choices

Not happy with the water level selection , when you want extra large load it doesn't fill to top, I always have to hold the reset button, very annoying .
