I bought this a couple of months ago, and glad I did!!!
It's simple to use, and has no computer circuit boards to ruin, like my other one.
Cleans very well too!

Less than one month after purchase, washer began having serious mechanical problems. Repeated calls to GE repair department finally secured appointment for serviceman one month later! This was before Thanksgiving. A very nice repairman diagnosed problems and ordered parts. Since GE authorized repair service was closed for two weeks over Christmas holiday, parts were not actually ordered until January. The same repairman installed parts and apologized profusely about delay. He said service was swamped as it seems every one of this type of washer is defective and needs major repair. Since dryer was purchased at same time, and having mechanical issues, he checked it to find it also has serious mechanical issues. Parts ordered for dryer. Repairman said parts for both machines are backordered and apologized for our inconvenience.
We are very sorry we purchased these machines and will replace as soon as extended warranty expires.
