Water level is lower than desired and the Hot water setting is warm "not hot". A little louder than expected. Cleans well. One of few machines with an agitator, and fabric softener dispenser which I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

too much and too little

Spin cycle is really tough on clothes....it sounds like a jet engine. I would prefer a gentler spin even if the dryer time is slightly longer as a consequence. Also, be careful not to wrap anything around the "agitator" because clothes really get beat up and twisted during the spin. There is No gentle/delicate setting that can avoid that powerful spin. Apparently the manufacturer's definition of hot water in the hot setting is 90-100 degrees F. That is NOT HOT....at best it is luke-warm. What nonsense to claim that safety is a consideration, when most of us bathe in hotter water than this machine supports.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliably cleans laundry without all the bells and whistles that nobody needs to clean their laundry. It replaced a "high efficiency" washer that was very problematic and didn't really work very well.

We purchased this a month ago to replace a 20 + year old washer which was beginning to make funny noises and stopped in the middle of the wash cycle. We couldn't be more pleased with our new unit, this one. It is quiet, holds a tremendous amount of laundry, and does everything in a very efficient way. It is so quiet we have to check to see if it is actually running. Highly recommend - pretty good price, excellent machine
