JUST HAD IT DELIVERED TODAY, SO I REALLY CAN'T TELL YOU TOO MUCH EXCEPT IT WORKS WELL AND IT IS THE QUIETEST WASHING MACHINE I HAVE EVER OWNED!!

VERY QUIET WASH CYCLE. WATER LEVELS SEEMS A BIT LOW BUT I GUESS THIS IS PART OF WATER/ENERGY SAVINGS. I JUST SET THE WATER LEVEL ONE HIGHER.

Main control knob is a little flimsy. After the initial no laundry test run (checking for correct function and possible leaks), I did a medium load and that was fine (set on whites/normal). Then did a large load set the same way. Long sleeve flannel shirts/long sleeve t-shirts mixed with other things like sweat pants and socks. Machine had everything all twisted up once the complete cycle was finished. I guess I'll have to experiment with it more since I've only done 2 loads. If you follow the owner's manual it says to evenly lay out the laundry so this doesn't happen, which I did. I also noticed vibration during the spin cycle during both loads, more so than my previous washer. Machine was leveled by the delivery guys after the transit bar was removed, I watched them do that so I know it's sits steady on my concrete basement floor. The spin cycle does a great job of getting rid of the water, the laundry is a lot less damp when ready for the dryer which cuts down on the dryer time. Both medium and large loads took 45 minutes. All things considered I'm satisfied with it as of now. I really like the no-locking lid and the ability to choose water levels.

Loud noisy washer

When used first time washer sounded like backhoe in laundry room. Called for service and technician fixed the problem quickly. Piece of metal was grinding on tub and sounds great now!
