I am enjoying using this DVD, but I wish it showed how to use a yoga strap and blocks for those poses that I'm not currently flexible enough to do! I liked the instruction included for many of the poses regarding breathing, and also the "what not to do" parts.

I know nothing about Yoga. Lets just say I have Netflix and I rented many other Yoga videos before I got to this one. This is the best yoga video out there for beginners so worth the money and time. I love it! It takes you step by step and you get to pick which position you want instruction on and if you dont need instruction you get to pick what kind of workout you want. I love that its so flexible and instructional not just a gimmick to make money this is a REAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR its like having a teacher in your own home

This DVD is well edited (as the instructor is not talking during the practice, but rather dubbed over) but be aware that "Beginner" means BEGINNER. I bought this for my husband (31 years old) to get into yoga, but he is much more inspired by my Ashtanga DVDs. This DVD is great for someone who wishes to relax or for someone who might be older and starting fresh, but not for a more active practice.

I can't find where the activation code for your digital download is after buying it in stores on the website my dvd players sound stopped working. Its frustrating I still have the code.

Never can get to s yoga class, so I got this DVDs and s new mat. Did the 1st 2nd and 5th classes the first day, and 3rd and 4th the second day. Was awesome! I feel great..

I enjoyed the video and the way it was organized. However, this video was a bit more advanced than beginner. It would have been helpful to me if they had shown modifications of some of the poses until the beginner can build strength and flexibility to achieve the poses shown.
