I'm new to yoga and although I like to go to classes, sometimes after work I'd rather practice at home. Rodney Yee's instructions are easy to follow and very inspiring. I've tried some other yoga DVDs but this is my favorite.

I purchased the DVD to replace one I let someone use. I never got it back so, I purchased a new one. Love Rodney's instruction technique and how easy it is to complete the poses. I'm glad I didn't get the old version back. I prefer this newer version of beginners' yoga. Thanks!

Years ago I tried yoga and felt like it wasn't doing anything for me. Now that I am 57, my muscles are becoming less flexible. Using Yoga for Beginners makes me feel like I'm getting incredible results; my muscles more flexible and relaxed. The instructions anticipate incorrect incorrect poses by telling what most people do wrong. It helps to perfect the pose and get the most out of it. I think it's great!

Even though the pose guide moves a little too fast after two or three viewings it was easy to catch on. Rodney and Colleen offer advice on how to avoid mistakes in allignment and an immediate physical benefit was felt. Both of their instructing was motivating and empowering.
