Worked for 2 days then stopped

This has one of the worse install guide along with the worse users manual. We had a kitchen remodel its this hood installed over the induction range. The hood worked for 2 days then died. No one has been able to diagnose the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It just doesn't work

I bought the hood less than a year ago, and found that it doesn't remove any smells, grease, and hardly pulls any air at all. It looks great, but its loud and just doesn't do the job. Ultimately, a vent that doesn't vent it not worth the money, even if its pretty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
