Leaks out of the back of unit

The unit is very powerful and will remove the smoke while cooking. However, grease leaks out the back of unit on to the wall. We clean the two filters at least twice a week, the filters have hardly any frase in them. We use it for normal cooking, we don’t fry foods or cook with a lot of smoke. I called Kitchenaid and they promptly sent a tech to troubleshoot. The unit is installed correctly and won’t do anything about. They said we need to clean it more and we are overpowering the unit. This is far from the truth. I’ve had many hoods and this is the first one that leaks grease. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Exactly what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this hood for a month and it has been great. Not too loud, has several fan settings from low to high, and is super easy to clean. Only wish it had more than one light setting.
