Too Fragile

My partner has been disappointed to say the least. First of all it took at least 2 weeks to decide that he just couldn't get a close enough shave. His beard is not that heavy. Second it was hard to clean and third of all he dropped it and it is apart and we can't get it back together for the life of us. Please help and advise. Your old models were much better
Cons: price too high!

The Phillips shaver has been the best shaver I have ever used. I have compared its performance to several other brands and find the Phillips shaver to be exceptional shaver that performs better than advertised. LOVE THE SHAVER!!!!!

The shaver is easy to use, light weight and takes up little space on the countertop.
The shape fits my hand and is comfortable.

Pros: water does not bother this shaver, easy to clean
Cons: kind of a bother to get the right blades

I have been using an electric shaver for the last 9 years due to taking blood thining medcation. This shaver without question has been the best yet. I use it both wet and dry and like it either way as much. It gives me the closest shave without any facial irritation at all. I would recommed and have recommended this shaver. Thanks, it's great. Altho' the design is somewhat radical in styling, the "feel" and handling are comfortable and efficient. The floating head seems a bit fragile; especially when removing covers to rinse clean. I love the "rinse away" cleaning feature....certainly more efficient than the older models that required dismanteling and delicate brush work to remove clippings. Bravo - way to go!

Cool looking razor, but several flaws. Not as close of a shave as expected. There is no way to charge the razor without the stand making travel a bit inconvenient. Very little warning when battery is running low.
