Smooth comfortable shave. Easy to hold and light. Very long battery life.
Pros: close shave. comfortable.
Cons: charging connection is awkward but use infrequent.

I did not have much success with this product. I was never able to achieve a close shave, the lock does not work well and it did not move easily on my face.

I love being able to use it anywhere, shower, patio while reading the paper and having coffee. Not to mention being able to use it in the shower. Gives a very good shave. Battery charge seems to be very good, and it's also easy to clean.

Very nice electric razor. I have went between manual and electric razors forever and this is one of the best electric ones I have ever had. It does a good job on my stubborn stubble. It even does a great job when I let my beard grow for a few weeks. It comes with a few very nice attachments/tools that make it a fantastic purchase that will last for a very long time.
It would be nice if the base was weighted so it would not want to fall over so easily. The suction cups don't work well. the power cord that attaches to the base could be more functional if it was a 90 degree angle on the plug so it could be snugged into a corner more easily.
Pros: great attachments, price, quality of a shave, long battery life, battery indicators, easy to clean
Cons: base needs to be weighted so it doesn't fall over, power cord needs 90 degree connector

My only disappointment is that the cover to the blades broke the first time I used it. I travel a lot ans would like to have a more durable cover over the blades when i pack my razor.

Having owned several brands of shavers over the years I have always liked the Norelcos the best. This is my first battery powered shaver and the rinse with water cleaning is very effective and hassel free. I am a little concerned about all the plastic at the rotary blades pivots (the reason my last Norelco failed). But i'm hoping it does not become an issue and in fact they seem much sturdier on this model than my previous unit. So far I find it overall to be an excellent choice.
Pros: cleans very easily and thorough, very smooth shave
Cons: always concerned about the wear factor in plastic

I have used Phillips Razors since 1980. This one much better
than the one I was using. It gives close smooth shave. No razor burns. takes less time to shave. Cleaning is easy. The negative is changing to trimmer. I am satisfied with it.
