For the price of this razor, it did not include a carrying case and I have to take the one head off to use the small trimmer. If the battery would run down while using, I would have to wait for it to recharge before using whereas the other razor I have I can plug in and shave. It also has a built-in trimmer. I couldn't get used to feeling half shaved so went back to the hand razor and do touch up with the new one.
comfortable easy shave. cleaning requires more manouvers than previous razor

I wanted to move away from blades. This seemed like a good alternative. Though I try to methodically go around my face, it always misses spots. Also, if I skip a day I need to almost shave twice.
I am not satisfied with the trimmer attachment and feel the device needs more attachments - a narrow foil trimmer and a line trimmer to shape my beard, as well as a nose hair trimmer perhaps. I currently have to use another product for those needs. I'm also not satisfied with any preshave products that I've tried.
Pros: convenience and blade-like shave
Cons: needs attachments to be a complete shaving unit.
I had been using a Phillips arcitec. The shaving head self destructed and I tried to purchase a new one, but there were none available. I needed a new razor and the only Norelco I could find was the Norelco SensoTouch. purchased it and found shaving was not nearly as close as the archtec. I went online and purchase a new shaving head for the arcitec and contnued using my new razor until it arrived. I found that the head from the arcitec could be used on the SensoTouch and exchanged the arcitec head with the SsnsoTouch head. The shaving improved dramatically. I guess the engineers at Philips don't talk to each other. On the plus side, the popon trimmer is the best trimmer I have ever used.
this shaver just plain works! the head is designed to use all 3 blades at their max. best razor i have ever owned
Pros: long life batterygreat shave
Cons: none

I have always used regular razors. That is till my wife gave me this electric razor for a gift. I put off trying to use it because I just didn't think they worked good. But I can't imagine shaving with anything else now. It is so ease to use and maintain and cost efective. We have a disabled son that we care for this razor allows us to safely keep his face shaved also.
I've been shaving with Norelco triple head razors for forty years, and I have to say this by far is giving me the best and closest shave yet. For the price, it's a true winner.
