Everything is great except I would have liked the trimmer on the shaver as are your other products I have had.
Fits hand well and stores whiskers for disposal without dropping them everywhere while you are shaving.

In my life time I have owned many different brands of electric shavers. My old Norelco was one of the best. This latest one is absolutely the worst. If it has one redeeming feature, I have not found it. A complete waste of money. I have a hard time believing you would continue to market this product. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

We have had Philips before, but this one is not a good choice. The head does not give a close shave. The battery does not stay charged!!!

This shaver delivers a good shave except around the neck. I have to go over several times to get a decent shave and still have to use a regular razor to get a great shave that is close.
Cons: doesn't shave well around the neck

I bought this razor and I love it. The design lets it glide over my face and I get the closest most comfortable shave I ever had. Would buy another but I hope this one lasts forever.
Pros: my face feels great & i have a great shave
Cons: it is a bit pricey

Faster & Better than a safty razor.

The best shaver I have ever had. I love the easy clean up of just rinsing in hot water and letting it dry. It is the only electric razor that will do a great job and get 3 or 4 day old beard close as a safety razor.
Pros: gives the best shave ever., easy clean-up

I BOUGHT THIS RAZER BECAUSE OF THE ADVERTISED EASY USE,AND CLOSNESS OF SHAVE. THE USE IS CORRECT,BUT THE CLOSNESS OF SHAVE JUST IS NOT CORRECT. I DONT KNOW IF IT IS BECAUSE THE SHAVER HEADS OR IF THE RAZER JUST ISN'T WHAT I THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE. tHE CLEANING PROCESS IS GREAT, EXCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU MUST USE YOUR SOLUTION. THIS IS OK IF IT WAS AVAILABLE IN LOCAL STORES. I HOPE THIS REACHES THE RIGHT PERSON, AS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.
