Wish I still had my old triple-header

Spent plenty of bucks for this unit, only to find out that beauty is only skin deep. I used the old triple header that I had for nearly 15 years and could just kick myself for falling for the great new looks of this razor. Looks is all that it has. Takes forever to get a reasonable shave. Even then, plenty of hair and stubble are left around my neck area. I have been using Norelco products for forty years. Never thought I would be so very disappointed in one of their products.
Pros: looks great
Cons: slow poor cut
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product is too fragile. Cleaning perilous.

Gives a decent shave at the peril of using too much pressure, else the head pops off. Not convenient to remove shaving head and replace with trimmer to trim sideburns. And cleaning can be a disaster with the narrow margin available to squeeze the right places to remove the head to reach the innards. Hardly simplistic. And, the item is too light, at least for my feel. The warning/service lights are also a mystery. The information booklet is weighted towards explanations for more expensive models. Other than that, it's wonderful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding, have always used Norelco shavers, but this is a great one.

Flexibility and a close comfortable shave

The flexible head makes this truly the all in one electric razor for me. Other electric razors did not match up to the Norelco SensoTouch. No matter how many days growth this razor handles it and gives smooth results. Just keep it clean and charged and you will not be disappointed with this razor.

best electric I have had so far

The best electrice razor I have had. It is the most comfortable, in that I don't have to press hard for results. Being able to having your face wet while shaving is also a plus. The battery life has also turned out to be a positive factor. I still get a "closer" shave with a blade (especially the new 5 head razor blades) but only use those once a week, with the electric being used the remaining time.
Pros: comfortable, face wet while shaving
Cons: still not as close as the new blades

i don't like the fact that you have to take off the shaver part and install the trimmer. All my other Norelco"s had the trimmer permanetly attached to the shaver head. I also rathered when the charger was plugged into the shaver so you could shave while the shaver was charging.
