I was sent a replacement a year or so ago, it won't hold a charge.

A disgruntled customer senior citizen on a fixed income.
Cons: very undependable.

I like the shaver but feel the trimmer needs to to be sharper.

I tried the shaver mamy years ago but found it not to do a good job so I stopped using it.
I am very happy with the new shaving head. It far exceeds my expectation. It's nice to know that I can shave every day or skip a few days and still get the same results.
The trimmer on the other hand I feel needs to be worked on. The trimmer need a sharper pointed head instead of rounded points on the trimmer. I have to make several passes to trim areas that need trimming.

Cons: trimmer is too dull.

I love how easy it is to clean, just run it under running water. But i donot think it shaves aswell as my older Norelco.

All features of this razor are as good as it gets. Only reason I will ever be without this razor is if I decide to go "caveman".
Pros: handles great in the shower, long lasting battery charge, cleans eaisly, gives a great shave w/little effort
