Average, not great.

This razor does ok for everyday shaving, but is not so efficient for more than two days' growth. I have to go over and over to cut everything and still manage to leave some behind. I also do not like the fact that I have to change the head for trimming, and the trim attachment is not as effective as the pop-up trimmer on my older Norelco.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a great way to shave without getting all your skin irritated. For people with thin skin like me, this is a must if you need to shave every other day. It is not as effective or as quick as a razor, but the pros surely out-weighs the cons...I recommend!

Poor engineering

This particular cordless shaver has been used just 3-4 weeks and I have had it for almost a year now. Yes, it does shave close but the shaver head keeps falling off everytime I use it! Its poor design has lead to this. I have another Norelco cordless and have had ZERO problems with it 4 years running. So, in short, if Philips changes the way the razor head is attached, it possibly would be a great product.
Pros: lightweight, neat features
Cons: replacement cutting blades quite costly
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This shaver has a great design eith the floating shaver head. It really gives a close shave. The trimmer is wonderful for trimming my sideburns between haircuts. This product is well worth the price.

My wife bought me a replacement for my third QUDRA ACTION razor. She purchased a Model 1180X razor thinking it would be better than the ones I have over the last 15+ years. The older razors served me well. I lost one and need a battery one. The QUDRA razor features that are superior to the new Mod 1180X. The trimmer is attached easy to loss or miss place, the fixed floating tri-blades actually follow my face better, this gives a better and quicker shave. it can be cleaned quicker. The shape of the QUDRA is hander can be dropped in a travel kit and not get tangled in other items. The increase in price does increase the Mod. 1180X value and utility over the QUDRAs.
Pros: good metric monitors
Cons: not a streamlined, trimmer not attached

Does not cut some small hair area's close to nostrils. The rotating heads are too well shrouded by the plastic moulding. My old Phillips 8750XL does a better job there.
Pros: sleek design, after charge runs for several days
Cons: edge trimmer separate.prefer it be part of shaver, charge stand needed to charge battery, no zip cover protector for travel

i try others and they was to slow or did not cut so i ask other people about this.so i try it i had 30 days to try it and so i did it much be the blades hi and low blades on it because it cuts great i have not try it with water so i dont know about that
