Good but not great

This product shaves the neck better than a foil razor but loses when it comes to the face, the foil razor beats this hands down. Foil razor also shaves closer, almost as close as a blade. The Norelco is quiet, has long battery life and does an overall decent job.
Pros: great for shaving the long hairs on the neck., is quiet and has long battery life
Cons: not as close as a foil razor when it comes to, the face.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best shave yet; some design concerns

With little effort, and without having to use pressure at all while I shave, this shaver gives me the closest shave I've ever had with an electric.
My concerns: #1) I don't see a way to know if I'm cleaning the heads well enough by holding under the faucet--can the heads be opened? #2) A number of people have reported poor integrity of the on/off switch and the head cover.
Pros: super shave
Cons: no way to see whether the heads are really clean

After being thrilled with the ease of cleaning, I dropped it. Several times. I am not a handy man. My first attempt to fix it ended with pieces that I could not fit back in. After dropping it again this AM I am at a loss just what to do next.
Pros: if i could keep it in the original form it would g

I like the fact that this is a higher voltage battery than my previous Norelco, which appears to give better performance.
Cons: difficult to remove head for cleaning

This is a great product. It provides a very close shave and is very ergonomic. The value for the money is great. I think the design is desirable.
Pros: close shave and ergonomic
Cons: does not have the trimmer attached to the model.
