I suspect I will have to either replace my unit or at least the blades soon.
Pros: easy to clean & fits contour of face.
Cons: shapness over time.

Takes a long time to shave with this product. For example, if I'm in a rush I have to switch to my razor, which does the job in 5 minutes vs. 10-15 with the Norelco. If you have sensitive skin you must use shaving cream, or else it will irritate the skin.
Pros: easy to handle, provides a close shave
Cons: takes a long time to change
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I WANT TO SAY THAT IT SHAVES ALOT CLOSER THEN A BLADE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING CUT.
I LIKE THE IDEA FOR CLEANING , JUST SIMPLY RINCE UNDER WATER. THAT'S ANOTHER THING IF YOU WANT TO YOU CAN TAKE TI IN THE SHOWER AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY AS IT IS WATER PROOF!!!!!

Comfortable shave every time.

I have had this shaver for almost a year now and love it. The shave is much more comfortable than anything else I have tried. I did experience an issue with the shaver recently where it just stopped charging. I called customer service and they immediately shipped a new unit to me, along with a return shipping label for the old unit. I was extremely satisfied with their handling of the issue and would not hesitate to buy Norelco again.
Pros: two year warranty, great customer service

Best Razor I Have Owned

I have tried several brands of razors before trying the Norelco Senso Touch..It is without a doubt the best. It is the only one I found that shaves as close as a blade..
Pros: shaves close, easy clean up
Cons: the trimming blade is awkward to use
