Does not do a good job on long hairs on my neck. Even the attachment does not do a good job.

It doesn't seem to cut as close and the design of the pop out head assembly seems flimsy. I also don't like the idea of having to stop and change to the trim assembly.

Just doesn't do the job I expected. Doesn't take the stubble from my head or face. I have to clean up with a razor.
Pros: looks good.

This razor gave me the best shave I ever had from an electric Razor. The flexable head lets the blades contour to your jaw line giving you a really close shave. I liked being able to take the head apart and just rinse it clean after each use. There was a few things that I would like to see changed.One is the razor handle is very slippery in your hand even when not using it to shave in the shower. The other problem I had with it was it is awkward to take the head off to clean it
