The heads on the machine are substandard and I was very unhappy that Norelco would make a product that does not give me a close shave I've used Norelco products all my life as my father has to and this is the worst piece of equipment that I have seen from your company.
Pros: no cord and good battery
Cons: the cover breaks very easily
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best electric razor!

Over the years, I have tried many different brands of electric shavers, including several wet and dry models. By far the Senso Touch has been the best razor I've ever used. It functions really well and gives me the smoothest shave - every time. The best part is it takes less than half the time than my Panasonic wet & dry razor and is surprisingly quiet -and- i don't experience any burning sensation after the shave. Highly recommend this product.
Pros: smooth quiet and the best shave

I love the design of this product. This product is easy to use and it performs at a very high level. I highly recommend the Phillps Norelco SensoTouch
Pros: sleek design
Cons: i said it was ok for a young lady to use my phone, she pick up my sensotouch.
I expected to shave closer than it does. I have been shaving with a cartridge razor and can not get as close a shave with the electric.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The shaver gives no indication when the battery is low. I have run out of power several times when traveling without the charger stand, which is bulky to take on a trip. The lack of a place to plug in the razor when power is done is a real negative, since I can't finish shaving. I much prefer my older model that charges directly into the razor and had a series of LEDs that gave an indication of the amount of charge left. Overall, I'm not big fan. I have been a Norelco user for 40 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with my choice.
Pros: looks good
Cons: lacks a low battery warning., charger stand bulky and inconvenient when travelin
