Does a superb job of shaving, much better than previous models. But, using the trimmer, which involves switching heads is a pain and takes some effort. Also, the plastic guard died and there is no way to replace it. Also, it is difficult to pack in a medical kit for traveling.
Summary: A super razor, but a mediocre trimmer and it is tough for it to travel with you.
Pros: super razor
Cons: trimmer inconvenient, does not travel well, tough to get a new plastic guard

Totally pleased! Replaced a 7 year old Norelco. Shaves closer,faster, and more comfortably. Especially like the closeness of the shave without irritation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing or wanting a new electric shaver.

I purchased this product originaly about five years ago. Never imagined I could shave my head in the shower with an electric razor. But this razor does a great job and is still going strong.
Pros: reliable, i use it in the shower.
