It takes every bit of 40 minutes to get a good shave and even then it's not close. It's awkward to handle because of the way it was designed. Plus, the cost of new heads is outrageous, half the cost of the original price of the razor. For the reasons just mentioned I believe the manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board and start over. I would not recommend this razor to anyone.

Even with shaving cream or 'lectric shave, this shaver doesn't shave as close as a blade. Also, I find it difficult to clean completely.

Why do you stiill have the 3 heads? Plus, they are too thick.
Pros: i like the rotating head feature

As a man with sensitive skin, this shaver has been the best so far of the Phillips Norelco brand. I get a nice close shave and no pulls. Feels firm to the grip and easily glides over my skin. I shaved 5 times so far and battery is still charged though I'm not sure what percentage is left and it's not a big deal to me. Very comfortable shave.
Pros: nice firm grip, easy to clean

This product has good features but I'm NOT happy with the way it performs...You have to shave over and over until it finally shaves your beard...
I've used Electric Shavers all my life and I would say this might be the gentlest on your face but at the price of not actually shaving easily...
