The shaver is very smooth and good in shaving. And the trimmer does a very good job. However, cleaning out the shaver is not very easy or convenient to use - unlike my old Norelco shaver. The same inconvenience with the trimmer is the case. Having to detach the shaver and attach the trimmer is not good. I'm not sure how you would design it better.

I have had several Norelco 3-head razors and this one does not shave me as well as the previous one. I think I ordered new blades for this one and cannot find the confirmation. I have had this one for less than a year but thought the blades were not sharp. Could you check on my order please.

This product isn't worth the money!

This razor does not cut your whiskers. It was not worth the money. In order to get even a half decent shave you have to go over your face so many times that your face gets irritated. This razor just does not do the job that I was hoping for. The only good feature is being able to clean out the head with running water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is by far the BEST razor Norelco has ever made and my Dad had the ORIGINAL TWIN HEAD model that made them famous for a smooth shave so I am no stranger to your products. This is a GREAT product worth it's weight in design and innovation! WOW! You guys are light years ahead of the pack!

Close shave for an electric shaver and long charge life.

I have used electric razors in the past, but my Norelco gives me almost as close a shave as a safety razor.
The charge life is very long. I charge it about every two weeks and it has never gone dead. I don't know how many more shaves I would have gotten if I had not charged it!

I love it. Works wet or dry. Shave very close and with no irritation.
The only issues is that the head cover broke while in by shaving bag inside my suitcase. The plastic is thin and just a little pressure can break the ears off that secure it to the head.
Pros: close shave, wet or dry operation, cool design
Cons: the head cover is fragile. breaks easily
