I am inpressed with the way that it attacks my stiff beard and I am very excited by each ahave it gives me. I had it only going on a year in Jan 2011 and I am very impress with it so far. I may upgrade at some point.

Very ergonomic and comfortable

I use this razor almost every day and really appreciate that it doesn't cause me any pain. Something to be careful about though, if you have a weekends growth then pay extra care to making sure you get every last hair. For some reason it has a hard time picking up the longer hairs. Other than that, PERFECT!
Pros: quick and comfortable shave, very ergonomic, no razor burn
Cons: longer growth is a problem

I have used most of your products over the years and this one is not quite as good as the last razor of yours I had. Every 2 to 3yrs I have to get a new razor. It is cheaper than getting new cutting blades. This razor does not cut my beard as well. I have to shave sometimes twice a day. Over all it is a good razor.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: does not cut close

Easy and efficient product to use when shaving someone who can't shave himself due to paralysis. Can be used without worry of causing discomfort because it accommodates skin abnormalities very easily.

My razor is very easy to use and holds a good charge

I have had no problem with the new razor. It's easy to use and holds a battery charge very well. I have used Norelco razors a long time. In fact, my last razor was an electric, plug in the wall socket and made in Holland. It was close to 50 years in use. It had had quite a few cutting head changes. I was also able to get just the cutting blades instead of a whole head I hope I will be able to do the same with this razor.
Pros: easy to use on face curves
