Very easy to use

The razor is very easy to use and very quick. It does not get quite as close a shave as a straight edge, but I would not expect it to. I highly recommend it for a quick shave.

Old Norelco shaves closer. Takes longer to shave

Shaver head is way too flexible. My older Norelco shaves closer. The flexible head also takes much longer to get a shave.

From the moment I unpacked this razor from the box, it was wonderful. I like the way it feels in my hand. It shaves very close and I enjoy the use with shaving soap. All in all, it performs exactly as I had hoped. I would buy it again and again.

Provides good shaves but recharging stand is a pain.

I've been using Norelco razors for many years so when my old one would no longer recharge, I chose the Sensotouch as a replacement. It delivers reasonable good shaves and holds charge for a satisfactory period. However, the recharging stand is a real pain. It's fragile plastic and is difficult to pack when traveling. I much prefer a simple plug-in recharge. I will not purchase another product that uses such a stand.
Cons: recharging stand is a nuisance.

Works great! Good and clean shave, probably the best you could get out of a machine. Been using it for weeks now without charge and the battery is still holding up!
Pros: battery, clean shave, good grip
