This product has much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. It is a replacement for a competetor's product and I am very pleased that I selected the Philips product.

I could tell from looking at the design that this product was different. Not only does it fit in the hand easily but the swivel head moves to the curves on my chin. Blades cut smooth and right down to the skin. Works GREAT with shaving cream and water too! I've found my last electric shaver!

After 58 years of shaving with blades I treated myself to a Norelco Sensotouch, much faster and very comfortable. Have had it for one month and am completely sold on its features. A well made and excellent product that has found a home in my house.

More heads, greater number of flex points; however, it still won't do the jaw-line curvature without holding the heads rigid by the three head assembly. Functionally, it doesn't work better than the old two head unit. More heads, more cutters, more flexible joints, neat engineering. Doesn't work any better though. I am sending mine back.
