Overall I really like this product, itscomfort and ease of use.

I like the way it shaves. The Flexible heads makes it very comfortable on your face. The only reservation is that it is cumbersome to take on travel because of the charging/holder design. However, the shaver holds enough charge that you can take short trips without taking the charger. Overall I am very satisfied that I selected the Phillips shaver and would buy one in the future.
Pros: comfortable ease of cleaning, holds charge for many shaves
Cons: not easy to take on travel

After the initial learning curve associated with any new product I've used, this shaver has been providing me with excellent close shaves with no irritation. It's easy to hold and manuever while walking around and allows for easy clean-up.
Pros: long battery life

Best Shaver I've Purchased

This is my 3td Philips shaver and by far, the best one ever. The shave is comfortable, close and does not result in any nicks. My only reason for giving the product 3-stars for design, is because after using the shaver over time, the power on/off button eventually wears through the outer shell and cracks. I don't know if the tear is the cause for the shaver to stop working, but perhaps water gets into internal shaver parts. I've experienced this with the last two shavers, however, the last one was still under warranty and was replaced. I also own other Philips products and will continue to purchase from this awesome company.
Pros: comfortable shave/close and no nicks.
Cons: on/off button wears through outer plastic shell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its a pleasure using this Product to shave with. I get close shaves. And leaves my face feeling good and clean. Easy to clean after use. I really enjoy it very much. Wonder why I waited so long to purchase one?

Decent shave

I have owned about 6 Norelco's in the past, the last being a XL that lasted me 5 years with no problems. I bought this one to replace my old XL and while it is decent its no where near the kinda shave I got from my last one. It takes what feels like 30 mintuts to do a full clean shave. Also I notice that debris from the inside of the shaver falls out of it after a few shaves if you do not keep it clean. Battery could last a bit longer too. All in all its still a good shaver but I know I will not get 5 years out of this one.
Pros: great design, looks good
Cons: battery life, average shave, loud oparation

Best wet Shaver ever

I first used this shaver dry and found it no better than my old Norelco. Then I used it wet with shave cream, and WOW! Shaves as close as a blade in half the time. You will love it!
Pros: best wet shaver.
Cons: average dry shaver

not as close or easy to use as my old cool skin 1178 razor

this razor does not shave as close or as efficient as my old cool skin 1178 razor. I'm dissapointed, especially because this was a more expensive razor with supposedly the improved pivot / flex contour head. I have used this razor exclusively for the required number of days and it is not easier to shave with or providing any closer shave than during the first week. The only positive thing I have noticed is that the new lithium battery pack does charge quick & last more than a week on a charge.
Pros: new lithium battery system
Cons: not a close or efficient system as advertized
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best product I've seen Norelco make!

While the product may look good and sound good, I am not overly impressed. I can only use this product in either a wet shave or by using shaving cream. I like Phillips Norelco products but, I probably wouldn't buy this product again. To many changes to the shaving head style. With other Phillip Norelco products I used to be able to use them, if I were in a hurry, for a dry shave. Can't use this product for a dry shave, just because I don't have an hour to shave every morning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
