My SensoTouch razor gives me a smooth, comfortable shave in a short period of time. I can use it wet or dry. I prefer dry. The trimmer is also easy to use and to attach. It does a great job on my sideburns and beard. I have had many electric shavers over the years, but this is the best.

I have owned several Norelco shavers and this appears to have a stronger motor than previous models and of course it gives a close shave as I am accustomed to with your products.

Separet trimmer is very inconvienient. Case is very cheesy and the shave is not better than my old 6613x. The charging stand is a pain when traveling.

I used this for about 6 weeks and then returned it to the store for a credit. It would not give me a close shave, at all.
does not shave close at all. tried different "pressures" on skin but nothing seems to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello, We’re sorry for the disappointment you’ve had with our Philips electric razor. Your first shaves may not give you the result you expect and your skin may even become slightly irritated. This is not uncommon since your skin and beard need time to adapt to any new shaving system.
It is recommended to take into account an adaptation period of 3 weeks, during which you should shave regularly (at least 3 times per week) to allow your hair and skin to adapt to the new shaver.
• Move the shaving heads over the skin, making both straight and circular movements. • To prevent damage, put the protection cap on the shaver after use.
During this period, use your new electric shaver exclusively and do not alternate shaving methods; alternating shaving methods makes it more difficult to adapt to the new shaving system.

Overall I am not happy with this product. I feel that I don't get a close, smooth shave. I have had other Noreco shavers in the past and I got better results. The battery charge feature makes the shaver easy to use.
I am disappointed with the closeness of the shave that I get. It appears that the blades on the original head are not very sharp. Otherwise, very pleased with the product.
