This product is better than my previous 3000 series.

The only thing I don't like about this 6000 series shaver is that you have to change heads to use the sideburn trimmer. I found it more convenient when it was on the shaver.
Pros: i like everthing else about the 6000 series shaver

I purchased this for my elderly uncles who have tough beards and they absolutely loved it, and what a great shave it gave them

This shaver fits the contour of your face, with the heads that can move and fold in to fit contours. I have 2 different Philips and 2 of another brand this one is the perfect machine. The speed of the cutters and the shape of the handle are also perfect.

I have two of these shavers,they are both broken.
the retainer that holds the blades in place is extremely flimsy.
one broke the first time I disassembled the shaving head to
replace the blades as the manufacturer recommends at one year.
the second broke spontaneously after about two months use.
the shaver works well, but the design is just too flimsy.
I'm looking for a different brand

Cons: very flimsy design, can't but the part to fix it when it breaks

I am not new to elect.shavers,I use them for the past 50 years with varying degree of satisfaction but this one is the worst one.
It takes long time to get neat shave.you can enjoy it if that is what you want to spend your time

The charge contact points on the handle hurts while using,otherwise it is cute.
Most important one you cannot use it with cord when battery runsout.the charging stand is a space consuming dead weight.hood cover/ blade guard is flimsy and breaks easily.
Pros: nothing
Cons: defeat the purpose of purchase
