Nothing special about this razor.The shave is no different from my old razor.I thought I would be getting a closer shave then my older razor but it is the same.
The plastic cover for the cutters had to be pried off.That broke within a few weeks trying to get it off.It should not have been that hard to get off. I don't have that anymore.It would be nice if you replaced that part for me
In order to get a decent shave it has to be fully charged.A drawback if you don't leave it in charger all the time.
I thought I was getting a better product then my old razor.It was no better.

The shaver has excellent functionality, with a closer more comfortable shave than my last Norelco. It is very easy to use and clean. I have been using it daily for a bit longer than a month, and I have yet to have to recharge it.
Pros: easy cleaning, good battery life, very comfortable shave
Cons: side-burn trimmer is a separate part, charger is bulky for longer travel trips

An all-around good product

I have been very pleased with this razor. It gives a good, close shave and has excellent battery life. I shave my face and my head with this razor and I still don't have to recharge the unit but once a week or less. Day-to-day cleanup is easy because you can just run the head under the faucet.
Pros: long battery life, close shave, easy clean-up
Cons: not set up to run while plugged in

Would buy again. Shaving efficiency is diminished after a year of daily shaving.
Pros: smooth shave
Cons: not raising all hairs for cut

when I take it apart to clean every thing in the head falls apart and I have a hard time getting it back together.
Pros: shaves fair

The razor itself is pretty good and comfortable to use. Downside is the trimmer. It's a seperate attachment and if you lose it, it doesn't appear you can purchase a replacement.

Its design makes it easy to hold and maneuver about the face, whether in the shower, or in front of sink. It pivots just right for hitting all the abnormal spots on my face. It is the closest shave I've ever had from an electric razor.
